Our products are make-to-order, it takes about 10 - 14 days for the production and delivery within HK. For international orders, estimated delivery within 15 - 20 days, depends on actual conditions of different countries. The estimated delivery times assume there are no delays at customs and destination is not a remote location. For any remote destination, it may takes additional delivery time.

Local Delivery

• Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. 

• Delivery service is available to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, commercial and residential addresses only. 

• Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.

• Delivery service is suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.

 

International Delivery

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
