Shipping and Return

DIYcraft x Stellahism notebooks are products of the collaboration between Daycraft and Stellahism. After I designed your cover, Daycraft will produce and ship the beautiful notebook to you.The policies listed below are mostly the same as those of Daycraft.

Shipping

Our products are order-to-made, it takes about 10 - 14 days for the production and delivery within HK. For international orders, estimated delivery within 15 - 20 days, depends on actual conditions of different countries. The estimated delivery times assume there are no delays at customs and destination is not a remote location. For any remote destination, it may takes additional delivery time.

Local Delivery

  • Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm. 

  • Delivery service is available to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, commercial and residential addresses only. 

  • Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.

  • Delivery service is suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.

 

International Delivery 

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You are strongly advised to contact your local customs office for further information.

Important notes

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us immediately of any change to their delivery address. Please make sure the delivery address is correctly filled in. Any loss of the mail items or unsuccessful delivery due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, customers are required to bear the additional shipping fee.

Return Policy

 

We can only accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect product orders. Please order carefully. 

Each product is inspected by our team before it shipped to ensure you get the best. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product unfortunately, please contact Daycraft by sending e-mail to info@daycraft.co within 5 days from receiving your order.
