• Enter your characters: In the text box, type your chosen 2 characters in the correct reading order. (Horizontal reads left to right; Vertical reads top to bottom; Diagonal reads top left to bottom right. e.g., BY, QT, FP).

• Provide your name: Enter your first and last name in the text box (this exact name will be printed on your official permission letter).

• Checkout: Ensure your email address is entered completely and accurately on the checkout page.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will immediately receive an automated confirmation email.

• Delivery & Download: Within 3 to 5 business days, you will receive a second, separate email containing your chosen letter (in PNG format) and your personalized tattoo permission letter.

• Save Securely: Please download and save your files securely as soon as you receive them, as they cannot be reissued or resent.

Please note: Due to system requirements for custom licensing, you will be asked to enter a valid shipping address at checkout. All information provided is strictly confidential and will never be shared. No physical items will be shipped; your final customized files will be delivered exclusively via email.

✨ Artist’s Composition: I will create one cohesive design based on your selected layout and the natural flow of the Gothic Ikebana forms. Minor adjustments may be made at my discretion to preserve legibility, spacing, and the elegance of the flourishes.

• A high-resolution, watermark-free PNG file (300dpi) featuring your chosen 2 characters arranged as a cohesive design — ready for your tattoo artist to use.

• A personalised official tattoo permission letter (PDF) issued in your name by Stellahism.

• After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.

• Your finished 2-character design in PNG format, together with the personalised tattoo permission letter issued in your name, will be sent to you in a separate email within 3 to 5 business days of your order.

• Please ensure your full legal name, chosen characters, and email address are entered accurately before checkout, as these details will appear on your documents. Once delivered, the design and license are considered final and cannot be revised or reissued.

• Refunds and exchanges are not available for this product.

• By completing your purchase, you automatically agree that this license is for your personal tattoo use only. You may share this file with your tattoo artist solely for the purpose of tattooing it on your own body. The tattoo artist may not keep, reuse, or tattoo the design on any other person.

• The artwork and all related files remain the exclusive intellectual property of Stellahism. These digital files are for your private use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, duplicated, altered, stored, uploaded to any retrieval system, or sold in any form or by any means.
